General information about the online store
The workshops and products of the online store are sold by Paints and Friends osk, corporate identity number 2973680-4. The subscriber must be of legal age or have a guardian's permission to order. The prices of the products include value added tax of 24%. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
As a rule, products are ordered via the Internet via the Shopping Cart, at paintsandfriends.fi .
All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
The customer commits to the delivery terms in force with each order.
Order and payment confirmation
We will send an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see:
- The content of the order and the number of products
- The final amount of the invoice
- Tax breakdown
Through the user account on our website, you can check the content of the order if you have registered as a customer of the online store before or during the order.
Workshops, products and their possible postage are paid when ordering.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Payments with bank buttons
Paints and Friends offers the most common payment methods through Paytrail Oyj.
Paytrail's payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the merchant. You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks, i.e. you can pay with the payment buttons of Nordea, Osuuspanki, Säästöpanki, POP Bank, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken and LähiTapiola Bank. The account statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the recipient of the payment.
Payments by credit cards
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards. Card payment is done securely with Nets' SSL-protected payment form. The online store and Paytrail Oyj have no access to the card information and the payment card information is not stored in our systems. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.
The online store uses the Paytrailt payment intermediary service for card payments. The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself. In payment card payments, the transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7). Paytrail Oyj is responsible for obligations and complaints related to card payments. Paytrail appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant.
Delivery methods and time
Art supply orders are delivered within 1-7 business days of ordering. Orders are mailed weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery costs and options are shown on the shopping cart and checkout page. You can choose a postal package or pickup from our business premises as the delivery method.
When purchasing a workshop place, you will receive a receipt in your e-mail, which serves as an entrance ticket to the workshop.
The gift card is delivered as a pdf file to the subscriber's email.
Exchange and return conditions
All products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to exchange and return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The return of the order must be notified by announcing it in a clear way, for example by e-mail.
A workshop place or gift card purchased via the online store cannot be returned or exchanged for money.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you, you must inform us of the error immediately by email: email@example.com or by post: Paints and Friends, Torkkelinkatu 1, 00500 Helsinki. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged in transit, the product must be immediately complained to the logistics partner.
We reserve the right to change our delivery and cancellation terms and other information on the pages. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery and cancellation conditions valid at any given time.
